Goodyear, AZ was once a place of agriculture and farmland. Now it's a hub of activity and new development and a short trip to play and work in downtown Phoenix, AZ. We took our cues from the colorful sunsets and rich heritage of surrounding industry and agriculture and curated a design that is as textural and interesting as the landscape that surrounds it. A blended design of both soft industrial and modern lines makes this a leader in multi-family living on the ever growing "West side" of this metropolitan city.
